Buyer Questionnaire

Our Buying Agents are full-time REALTORS with continuing education designations, indicating our commitment to our customers’ best interests throughout the entire buying process.Our Buyer Representative will:

  • Evaluate the specific needs and wants of the buyer and locate properties that fit those specifications
  • Assist the buyer in determining their price range and qualifications, and targeting properties accordingly
  • Setup MLS auto-search directly to provide immediate, real-time listing results and updates
  • Assist in viewing properties including accompany showings, share open house information, and even preview properties with recorded video when buyer is not available to visit the property
  • Provide market and zip code-specific statistics for each area of interest
  • Research selected properties to identify potential problems, concerns, or encumbrances prior to making an offer
  • Advise the buyer on offer structure and strategy, and create the purchase offer accordingly
  • Present and negotiate the offer on the buyer’s behalf
  • Assist in securing appropriate financing for the selected property
  • Provide a list of qualified vendors/servicers including inspectors, escrow officer, title representatives, attorneys, movers, repairmen, utility companies, and more
  • Fully represent and protect the buyer throughout the real estate transaction, from start to finish
